How to enjoy AR

  • ●Please confirm that the OS,browser,and settings of your device meet the“recommended environment”listed on this page beforehand.

NOTES and REQUESTS

Please refrain from using smartphones while walking or moving because it is extremely dangerous.
When operating the screen, please ensure your surroundings are safe and only use it after stopping in a secure location.

  • *Access may be difficult during peak times, so please allow sufficient time to connect. If it is difficult to connect, please wait for a while and try again.
  • *The organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred while participating in this campaign.
  • *Please refrain from using the AR features in locations where it may disturb the other customers.
  • *Depending on the type of AR, projections may not work in dark places or at night.
  • *This campaign is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

Regarding network conditions and location information

  • *Signal conditions indoors may cause connection issues. If access is difficult, try moving to an area with better signal reception and try again.
  • *Depending on the communication environment and location, you may see a message such as “Out of range. This feature is not available in this location.” Please try moving to another location and accessing again.
  • *GPS accuracy may vary depending on the environment, leading to location discrepancies. The organizers are not responsible for any issues caused by GPS accuracy.
  • *Since GPS is used to acquire location information, smartphone battery consumption will be high. Make sure your smartphone is fully charged or carry a backup battery to ensure enough battery life when accessing.
  • *Data usage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Also, if your device is under a communication speed restriction, access may be limited.
  • *If location information cannot be acquired even with GPS enabled, turning on the Wi-Fi function (connection not required) may help acquire location information.
  • *Depending on the signal and access conditions, location information may not be acquired.
  • *Location information obtained may have an error range of several meters to hundreds of meters.
  • *Poor weather conditions may cause greater location errors.
  • *Temporary inability to acquire location information may occur due to the orbital position of GPS satellites.
